A Special Touch for the Business District

It seems everyone is getting in on the festive spirit. Even the notoriously cold-hearted Philadelphia Parking Authority appears to have a soft spot for the holidays, this proven by the parking limit sign that stands on the 8200 block of Germantown Avenue between East Hartwell Lane and West Southampton Avenue. 

The parking sign, affixed to a light post, is decorated with red bows and green shrubbery. It was one of the only such festive parking signs we were able to pick out along this portion of the Germantown Avenue commercial corridor, therefore we at Chestnut Hill Patch thought it deserved some special attention.
