The medical ID number used by the "doctor" is not listed with the state.

A "doctor" who performed physicals on Philadelphia School District students was found to be using an unlisted medical identification number when examining students, according to a 6ABC report.
The outlet reports Dr. Renita Bey was performing physicals for student athletes at Washington High School in Northeast Philadelphia this in June 2016.
Upon further investigation, the outlet found the medical ID number Bey used on forms with the school was not listed with the state health department.

Parents have expressed outrage over the lack of oversight by the school district, which 6ABC reports said has implemented "new protocols and procedures" to ensure another incident like this does not happen.
The school district said earlier in January that physicals performed by Bey in June will have to be done over again.
