Biden Caught On Hit Mic Saying He Will Be Penn Based After White House
He will be at the Ivy League school to serve cancer work for the Biden Trust.
Vice President Joe Biden was caught on a live microphone saying where he will be based out of once he leaves 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. The VP who has been caught being candid on microphones before revealed his plans on C-SPAN recently.
After the ceremonial swearing in of the U.S. Senate on Jan. 3, Biden was seen speaking to a woman among others to whom he said he would be based out of University of Pennsylvania for foreign policy related to the Biden Trust.
“I’m setting up this thing called The Biden Trust to continue the cancer work. And it’s not so much about raising money and philanthropy. It’s more about keeping these guys cooperating, changing the culture," Biden says to the woman. “I’m going to be based out of Penn for foreign policy."

CBS Philadelphia reports Biden has not officially confirmed this plan.
But the Scranton native looks like he will be returning to the Keystone state.
