1.) Bill Wadlinger leads interested participants through an International Folk Dancing Class.

When/Where: Friday from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at the Presbyterian Church of Chestnut Hill, 8855 Germantown Avenue.

Why Go: It sounds like it could be a lot of fun for those wanting to learn something new.

Pricing: Free, and open to all senior citizens.

 

2.) The Valentine Concert.

When/Where: Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Christ Ascension Lutheran Church, 8300 Germantown Avenue.

Why Go: A chance to hear some beautiful seasonal tunes in a beautiful historic church.

Pricing: Suggested Donation of $15.

 

3.) Wellness Walks.

When/Where: Saturdays at 10:30 a.m. at Morris Arboretum, 100 E. Northwestern Avenue.

Why Go: It’s healthy, you’ll enjoy the fresh air. Why not go, we ask?

Pricing: Adults/$16; Seniors/$14; students, military and kids 3 through 7/$7; kids under 3 free.

 

4.) Undergraduate tours.

When/Where: Saturday beginning at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Hall of Chestnut Hill College.

Why Go: To show your college-bound child that university options are good right here in the neighborhood.

Pricing: Free, but must register.

 

5.) A “Treehouse Rocks!” performance titled “The Cat’s Pajamas.” 

When/Where: Saturday from 6 to 6:45 p.m. at the Little Treehouse, 10 W. Gravers Lane.

Why Go: Because your little ones will thank you.

Pricing: Adults/$5; kids/$15 (includes a kid’s meal).
