PHILADELPHIA — Joe Biden has officially entered the 2020 presidential race. And the former Vice President and senator from Delaware is coming to Philadelphia for a campaign rally.

Biden will host a campaign event at 1 p.m. at the Eakins Oval on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia.

Entry to the event starts at 11 a.m.

Many polls put Biden as the Democratic frontrunner with Bernie Sanders a close second in the ever-expanding field of candidates.
