PA Mom, 2 Young Children Reported Missing
A 20-year-old mother and her two kids, ages 2 years old and 5 months old, were last seen Thursday in Northwestern Philadelphia, police said.
PHILADELPHIA — A 20-year-old mother and her two young children are missing, and Philadelphia Police are asking for help finding them.
Police said Regina Strickland, 20, her 2-year-old son Hassan Strickland, and 5-month-old daughter Jayann Strickland are missing.
The three were last seen at 3:30 p.m. Thursday at Child First Services on the 300 block of School House Lane in Philadelphia.

Police said Regina is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 125 pounds with a medium build, medium brown complexion, black hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a maroon and white sweatshirt, multicolor sneakers, and carrying a baby diaper bag.

Police said they do not have photos of the children.
