Cranberry Dog Park Expansion: Here Are The Details

The township plans to construct a significantly larger dog park in Community Park.

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA — The Community Park dog park has proven to be so popular that the township will significantly expand it.

Supervisors have approved plans to develop a 3.7 acre are for the new park, which will be adjacent to and replace the existing dog park.

The new park will feature a 48,000 square-foot area for larger dogs and a 30,000 square-foot space for smaller pooches. Both areas will be enclosed and offer a mix of shaded and open space.

The new dog park also will have a 560 square-good pavilion.

The road to the park will be renovated and a 47-space parking lot will be added.

Construction is slated to begin this fall.
