CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA - Prepare for a new brewpub, Cranberry. Butler-based Recon Brewing will open a brewpub in the township this week.
Recon Brewing at Meeder will officially open its doors on April 14, becoming the first of many local small businesses at the Crossroads at Meeder that will call Cranberry Township home.
According to its website, Recon Brewing was established in 2016 by three friends who met through the Butler Township fire service. The Center Township brewery emphasizes high-quality yet simple beers known for their drinkability and value.

Recon's new taproom will be located in Charter Homes' massive Meeder development at the
intersection of Route 19 and Rochester Road. It will be part of the project's first phase, which includes 26,000 square feet of retail space, 100 townhouse units, 28 apartment units and 21 single-family residential lots.
