(Video) Foundation Connects Blind Children with Guide Dogs

Because of the MIRA Foundation USA, 14-year-old Lexi Smith is training with her new guide dog in Canada.  

Smith's mother, Heather Williams, volunteered at Cranberry community day to help raise money and spread awareness for MIRA.

The foundation pairs blind children ages 11-17 with free guides dogs trained by its partner MIRA Canada.

Head to the MIRA tent during Cranberry community days to learn more about the foundation and donate money to stuff a plush dog toy.
