Brookline Teen Outreach Has Hike, Parade Plans
Here's where you'll find things for teens to do besides rebel.

BROOKLINE, PA - If you’re a teen looking for something to do, or a teen’s parent looking for constructive activities for your child, look no further than the Brookline Teen Outreach. Heere are some of the organization’s upcoming activities.
- May 17: Birdhouse building, 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- May 19: BTO 2018 Hike Series begins. Carpool from Brookline Teen Outreach to Todd Nature Reserve in Sarver, PA as guests of the Audubon Society of Western PA. Upon your arrival, guide Ryan Stauffer, will you on a trek deep into the reserve to discover the flora and fauna and test your survival skills.
Those attending should bring a lunch and $6 for the Audubon Society programming fee. Hikes occur rain or shine. Hiking boots with ankle support are recommended. Long pants, long sleeves, and hats are highly encouraged. All electronics will remain in chaperones locked cars during the hike. Departing from BTO at 9 a.m.
- May 28: BTO float at the South Hills /memorial Day Parade. Dance to music, throw candy at the crowd, and wave. BTO will provide a morning snack, water, the candy for throwing, and of course the float.
