Dormont Dining: Pauly's Replaces Cain's On West Liberty Avenue
The new bar specializing in Italian food has opened in the former Cain's space.
DORMONT, PA — The former Cain's Saloon on West Liberty Avenue has been remodeled and transformed into Pauly's, which opened Thursday after more than a year of renovations by owner Paul Yelenovsky.
According to the eatery's Facebook page, Pauly's promises "thoughtful creations (that) have an old-fashioned flavor carrying years of traditions with a modern Italian touch." Pauly's menuspecializes in Italian-style pizza, salads, sandwiches, pasta dishes and entrees.
Yelenovsky formerly was the general manager at Steel Cactus and Local Craft locations in Pittsburgh. According to his Facebook page, he studied at the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts.
