For 11 years, Rich Dalzotto, Michelle Linhart and Sandy Stuhlfire helmed Horror Realm, the most prestigious and decorated convention dedicated to the Horror Movie industry. Artists, Authors, Entertainers and others converged in Pittsburgh's South Hills for an annual convention and other activities.

One of the most popular guests each year was former Chiller Theater and Studio Wrestling host, and Night of the Living Dead star "Chilly" Bill Cardille. Included in those guests were wrestlers and personalities from Pittsburgh's Keystone State Wrestling Alliance (KSWA).

It was only natural that Dalzotto, Linhart and Stuhlfire became involved in Dormont's historic Hollywood Theater. The trio helped helm the single-theater, non-profit movie house for years, and once hosted a special night for Cardille.

The trio were honored Saturday night with the KSWA's second-annual "Chilly" Bill Cardille Award for devotion to their community, and the world of professional wrestling. Dalzotto, Linhart and Stuhlfire were all on hand for the presentation, which was given by Award co-founder and KSWA Owner Bob Orkwis.

Horror Realm ended as a convention in 2017, as all organizers felt it was time to do something different. Ownership of the Hollywood Theater in Dormont recently changed hands and the Friends of the Hollywood continue to look for interesting fare for its now-former patrons. Dalzotto, Linhart and Stuhlfire all look forward to their next community and philanthropic move.
