Man Sentenced For Fatal Crash that Killed Bicyclist In Brookline
A Baldwin man who was driving without a license when his vehicle struck the victim will be spending time in prison for the crime.
BROOKLINE, PA — A Baldwin man who struck and killed a bicyclist in October 2019 has been sentenced to up to four years in prison and seven years of probation.
Thomas Morton, 24, pleaded guilty last October to charges of homicide by vehicle, involuntary manslaughter, accident involving death while not licensed and driving under the influence.
The charges were related the the Oct. 20, 2019 death of Austin Fike, 22, who was struck and killed by Morton's car at the intersection of Brookline Boulevard and Pioneer Avenue.
