Eljay's Used Books in Dormont has a unique feature - a "pay what you want" book shelf that lets customers pick the price of their favorite reads. Only trouble is, the shelf itself is getting in the way. This double-sided book shelf on wheels is free to anyone who can haul it away, according to store co-owner Chris Rickert.
