Seton-La Salle Girls Basketball Camp to Benefit Local Boy With Cancer

The camp is a fundraiser for Zach Dyer of Whitehall.

An upcoming, two-day girls basketball camp at Seton-La Salle Catholic High School will help to raise money for a young Whitehall Borough boy who has cancer.

Seton-La Salle Head Coach Mark Walsh has organized the camp—set for Wednesday, July 31, and Friday, Aug. 2—to fundraise for 11-year-old Zach Dyer, who was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma earlier this year.

The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review published a story about Dyer and his family on July 17, noting that the 11-year-old's motto is "I will fight."

The cost of the camp is $20 per player. A flier (two pages) is attached to this article's media gallery.
