DOYLESTOWN, PA -- A Doylestown estate on 90-plus acres once listed for more than $10 million recently sold for $5.2 million, real estate records show. The property, called Twin Silo, features a 1783 stone barn with two silos, gardens, and a two-acre pond.

The property has been on and off the market since 2014, when it was first listed for $10.5 million. The price had been reduced to $8.8 million in 2015 but it did not sell. In 2019, it returned to the market for $6.75 million. A few price reductions were made before it ultimately sold for $5.2 million on July 15.
