2 Delco Men Hit With Child Porn Charges In Separate Cases
One of the men is accused of editing photos of children to make them appear naked, the Delaware County District Attorney's Office alleged.
DELAWARE COUNTY, PA — Two Delaware County men have been charged with child pornography- and abuse-related crimes in two separate cases, authorities said Thursday.
Delaware County District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer Nicholas Stevenson, 43, of Wallingford, and Daniel Wagaman, 36, of Haverford, were arrested and charged in two separate cases.
The case against Stevenson began following a report from Google to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that an account identified by the username "Nicholas Stevenson" uploaded files containing child pornography.

Delaware County detectives later views the files and confirmed they depicted child pornography, authorities said.
Subsequently, a search warrant was authorized for Stevenson's Wallingford residence.

During the search, authorities seized various electronic devices. Stevenson was charged at that time with the possession of child pornography, according to the DA's office.
In December 2020, detectives got a response from Google regarding Stevenson’s account. Located in the account were numerous images of females, edited and altered to appear naked, authorities said.
According to the DA's office, the images may have been taken from the social media pages of the victims, and some pictures depicted children with genitals superimposed onto the picture. As a result, more charges were brought against Stevenson on March 2, for the manufacture of child pornography.
The case against Wagaman originated with a report from Dropbox to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Delaware County detectives reviews the report and was found to contain multiple images of child pornography, authorities said.
A search warrant was authorized for Wagaman's Haverford residence, as well as his Dropbox account. A review of Wagaman's Dropbox account found more than 300 images and video files containing child pornography, authorities said.
Stevenson has been charged with multiple counts of possession of child pornography, as well as three counts of the sexual abuse of children through the manufacture of child pornography, invasion of privacy, and the criminal use of a communication facility.
His bail was set at 10 percent of $250,000 and his preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 22.
Wagaman has been charged with 50 counts of possession of child pornography and 50 counts of criminal use of a communication facility.
His bail was set at 25 percent of $250,000 and his preliminary hearing was continued.
