Aqua PA Replacing Water Main On 6 Haverford Township Roads

HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA — Aqua Pennsylvania will be replacing water mains on a few roads in Haverford Township this week, with work planned for other roads in the coming months, according to officials.

Officials said Aqua PA crews will be working on Rockwood Drive, Rodman Avenue, Llanerch Avenue, Colonial Road, Eleanor Circle, and Grand Avenue.

Below are the work areas for each road:

• Rockwood Drive — from Manoa Road to the cul de sac.
• Rodman Avenue — Darby Road to Llanerch Avenue
• Llanerch Avenue — from Rodman Avenue to W. Wilmot Avenue.
• Colonial Road — entire length.
• Eleanor Circle — from Colonial Road to the cul de sac
• Grand Avenue — from Steel Road to Manoa Road

Completion for the Rockwood Road work will be the end of February or the beginning of March, and Colonial Drive work is expected to be complete in late March or early April.

Full restoration is scheduled to be complete in late April or May depending on when the construction is complete.
