Be Friends To Bats

Join DCVA and PA Bat Rescue Sept. 28 , and learn about how import bats are to our environment and meet some not so scary rescued bats.

Darby Creek Valley Association(DCVA) opens their Young Naturalist Program to all ages, including adults, for a very special presentation from PA Bat Rescue on bats, September 28th, at 10 am.

Bats are an important resource in the Darby Creek Watershed and they need our help to survive in our urban areas. Learn about the importance of bats, their natural history, environmental impacts, how people can help and even meet some of the non releasable education bats.

Let's get to know these not-so-spooky creatures better and appreciate all the things they do for us!
