Delco's Baril Falls Short of 'America's Got Talent' Finals

After a run to the semi-finals that wowed audiences on this summer’s America’s Got Talent competition, Drexel Hill’s Areille Baril was eliminated short of the finals on Wednesday night’s show. Videos of the 12-year-old, who specializes in opera music, were widely shared throughout the summer. The singer thanked her fans on Twitter after the show: The competition may be over, but it’s just the beginning of the singer’s career. She will perform at the PASA-PSBA School Leadership Conference on Oct. 14.
