DELAWARE COUNTY, PA — Delaware County officials had declared a disaster emergency due to damages from Tropical Storm Isaias.
County Council Chair Brian Zidek issued the declaration Tuesday evening.
The declaration will be in effect until the council ends it or after seven days.
