UPPER DARBY, PA — The FBI has issued a wanted poster for the boyfriend accused of killing his pregnant Delaware County girlfriend and dumping her body in Philadelphia.

Justin Smith, 23, is wanted for murder, abuse of corpse, arson, tampering with evidence, gun crimes, and more in connection with the death of Dianna Brice.

The FBI is offering a reward for information that leads directly to Smith's arrest.

Brice, 21, of Lansdowne, was found shot to death in Southwest Philadelphia on April 5, just several days after she was last seen leaving K Laundry, 544 Church Lane in Lansdowne, with Smith at about 1 p.m. on March 30. She was first reported missing by Upper Darby Township Police.

Smith's vehicle was found on fire near 59th and Florence streets in Philadelphia, not far from where Brice's body was recovered. Smith and Tylydia Garnett, 21, of Philadelphia, are accused of setting fire to Smith's vehicle and then dumping Brice's body.

According to the FBI, Smith is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 160 to 180 pounds.

He has connections to Greensboro, North Carolina, and New Castle, Delaware, as well as the Little Haiti in Miami, Florida, and Atlanta, Georgia, the FBI said.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the local FBI office.

"Words don't express how sad it is for a young woman who leaves behind a 4-year-old child and was three to four months pregnant with her second," Upper Darby Township Police Superintendent Timothy Bernhardt said at a news conference Tuesday. "Words don't explain how sad it is for her family."
