Fire Breaks Out In Attic Of Haverford Home Monday
Crews battled the attic fire for about an hour early Monday evening at a home in Haverford, according to the Merion Fire Company of Ardmore.

HAVERFORD, PA — Emergency responders battled a fire in Haverford Monday night, according to the Merion Fire Company of Ardmore.
The fire company said it was called to a home on the 200 block of Cheswold Hill Road in Haverford at about 6:#6 p.m. Monday for reports of smoke coming from the attic.
Additionally, the Gladwyne Fire Company, an Engine from Bryn Mawr, and a Ladder from Narberth were dispatched to the scene.

Crews declared a working fire and firefighters attacked the fire in the attic and void spaces.
Within an hour the fire was placed under control, according to the fire company.
