Haverford School District Makes Call on School Tuesday
With Tuesday's temperature forecast to be a high near 12 degrees with a wind chill values as low as -13, according to the National Weather Service, some school districts were contemplating closing schools.

But according to a letter to parents, the Haverford Township School District says it is planning to open our schools on time Tuesday.

"Overnight temperatures will drop into the single digits and remain there throughout the day," the district said in a statement. "Please dress your children properly for the forecasted weather. We are taking all necessary precautions with our buildings and buses to ensure a full instructional day tomorrow."
