The district said staff will discuss, learn more about, and plan flexible learning opportunities.

"Flexible learning means that the students do not need to be present in the classroom to engage in learning activities," the district said in a letter to families. "This can include anything from reading a text and responding to questions, watching a video and trying some problems, practicing an instrument, or creating a how-to video. In the event of a prolonged school closure, the District will combine the use of inclement weather days and flexible learning opportunities to keep students engaged."
