Havertown Wawa Sells Winning Cash 5 Lottery Ticket

A $200,000 jackpot will be split between lucky lotto players who bought tickets in Havertown and Wayne County after the April 1 drawing.

HAVERTOWN, PA — A winning Cash 5 jackpot ticket was sold right here in Havertown recently, according to the Pennsylvania Lottery.

Lottery officials said after the numbers 05-08-15-39-43 were drawn on April 1, it was the Wawa at 33-35 W. Eagle Road in Havertown that sold a winning ticket. A store in Wayne County also sold a winning ticket.

The jackpot is $200,000 and the prize money will be split between the two winning ticket holders.

The Wawa and the Wayne County store will each earn a $500 bonus for selling the big winning tickets.

Cash 5 prizes expire one year from the drawing date. Anyone holding a jackpot-winning Cash 5 ticket should sign the ticket and contact the nearest Lottery office for further instructions.

More than 21,300 other Cash 5 tickets also won prizes in the drawing. Players should check every ticket, every time, and claim lower-tier prizes at a Lottery retailer.
