Man Threatened To Kill SEPTA Driver In Delco After Mask Dispute
A man flashed a gun at a bus driver and threatened to kill him last weekend in Upper Darby, SEPTA said. A $1,000 reward is available.

UPPER DARBY, PA — A $1,000 reward is offered for information that identifies a man who flashed a gun and threatened to kill a SEPTA driver in Delaware County after a dispute over mask usage.
According to SEPTA, a man threatened to kill the driver of a Route 108 bus just after midnight on Saturday, April 10 at a stop on the 700 block of Long Lane in Upper Darby.
SEPTA said the man, believed to be in his 40s, got on the bus without a mask and the driver told him masks are required when riding SEPTA, which is the standard reminder operators and other employees are instructed to give customers who are not wearing masks.

The man then covered his face with a handkerchief, threatened to kill the bus operator, flashed a gun that was in his waistband, and fled the vehicle, SEPTA said.
SEPTA said the driver was not harmed in the incident.
