HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA — A portion of Manoa Road in Haverford Township will be closed due to PECO work through the end of May, according to PennDOT.

PennDOT said starting Monday, Manoa Road will be closed between Farwood Road and Rock Glen Road in Haverford and Lower Merion townships.

The closure will be in place weekdays through the end of May.

Drivers will encounter the closure weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

During the closure, motorists will be directed to use Earlington Road, Township Line Road/U.S. Route 1, and Haverford Road. Local access will be maintained up to the work zone.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays will occur.
