A person was struck and killed by an Amtrak Northeast Corridor train in Delaware County Wednesday night, according to Philly.com.

The reported stated that the collision occurred sometime before midnight near SEPTA’s Glenolden station.

Rail service along SEPTA’s Wilmington Line was temporarily disrupted following the incident.
