Purse, Jewelry, Prescription Drugs Reported Stolen in Havertown

Haverford Township Police are investigating a number of recent thefts.

• A woman in the 700 block of Millbrook Lane reported Nov. 27 that her car window was smashed and a bag of clothing was removed. Her other car was unlocked and loose change and an iPhone was stolen.  

• Copper pipes and a water heater were removed from a property in the 700 block of Naylors Run Road on Nov. 27.

• A car was reported stolen in the 2500 block of Belmont Avenue on Nov. 29.

• A car window was shattered, and a purse was stolen from a car in the 700 block of Powder Mill Lane on Nov. 30. The purse was discovered in a nearby driveway. All of the contents were still in the purse except $200.

• Jewelry was reported missing from a home in the 1000 block of Bon Air Terrace on Dec. 2.

• A contractor reported that a box of cable and ladder was taken from the sidewalk next to his truck in the 200 block of Washington Avenue on Dec. 2.

• An employee of Colonial Village in the 1300 block of West Chester Pike discovered the rear driver's side tire stolen from her car on Dec. 3.

• Seventeen prescription tablets were reported missing from a pharmacy in the 2000 block of Old West Chester Pike on Dec. 3.
