Retired Brookline Firefighter Passes Away
According to Brookline Fire Company, Robert H. Davis originally joined the fire department in 1964.
HAVERFORD, PA—A former, beloved firefighter has passed away, according to Brookline Fire Company.
"It is with deep sadness that the Brookline Fire Company announces the passing of Life Member Robert H. Davis," the department posted on its official Facebook page Wednesday.
Davis joined the fire company in 1964 and served as deputy chief. He ultimately went on to serve as the company's chairman of the board until his passing.

The department said Davis was a dedicated member of the volunteer fire company who always had the crews' best interest at heart. Most importantly, those who knew him said he was a true gentleman.
