According to Olive, helping to organize the event has been a personal mission.
“My family has a house in Seaside Heights that was lost in the storm completely,” Olive said, noting that her neighbors down the shore had suffered similar damages to their homes. “We saw the devastation and wanted to help.”

She further noted that many people in Bucks and Montgomery counties also were adversely effected by the storm, and that many more residents could probably recall a fond memory of a trip to the shore.
“We wanted to do something around here that would give people the opportunity to show support,” Olive said.
Olive describes the “Save the Shore Gala” as an up-scale, “Glam for Good” event where participants can expect to have a fun evening.
The event will feature:
- Red Carpet Entry
- Silent Auction
- Raffle Table
- Live performances by Jessy Kyle and Felicia Punzo
