Forty-Six Parishes Under Archdiocese Scrutiny
The Archdiocese of Philadelphia is taking a close look at 46 parishes including some in Bucks and Montgomery counties to see how viable they are going forward.

Mergers could result after the Archdiocese of Philadelphia examines 46 parishes in Bucks, Montgomery, Philadelphia and Delaware counties to determine their sustainability, according to a Philadelphia Inquirer report.Â
The parishes in Montgomery County are:

- St. Mary; St. Matthew
