Free Movies, Committee Meetings This Week in Lower Moreland

The Huntingdon Valley Library will have its weekly free Friday movie on June 28. This week's movie is "The Guilt Trip," starring Barbra Striesand. 

Also at the Huntingdon Valley Library, staff will hold a Playaway Kickoff on Thursday June 27 at 4:30 p.m. to show library patrons how to use the Playaway audiobook system.  

Lower Moreland's zoning hearing board meets on June 26 and the planning commission meets on June 27. 

Dining at Cairnwood Village is on June 27. Tickets are available from Bryn Athyn Church. Maureen Stubbs, owner of “Vivid Flavors,” is providing food service to CV Dining. Call for reservations – 215-947-7705. Reservation deadline is 4 pm the day before. Please join us. (Cancellations after 4 pm the day before are expected to pay.) $13 individual ticket or 10 for $115.
