Lower Moreland Actress featured in "Annie"
Melania Zalipsky performs in the children's ensemble of "Annie" at the Walnut Street Theatre
Leapin’ Lizards! Young talent from the Lower Moreland Township region will be featured in the Walnut Street Theatre’s production of the Tony-Award winning musical ANNIE, playing now through January 7.
Melania Zalipsky, an actress from Huntingdon Valley and a student at Pine Road Elementary School, makes her Walnut debut in the children’s ensemble during weekend performances of the musical.
Zalipsky and her sister, Victoria, recently appeared on the season five premiere of the NBC television series, Blacklist. She has also appeared in several other shows and commercials including: Odd Mom Out, Bull, A Crime to Remember, Gotham, and a PSA for the state of Pennsylvania.

In her free time, Zalipsky performs in volunteer community holiday concerts for the sick and elderly. She and her sister perform three times a year for Southampton Estates, Deer Meadows Retirement Home, St. Joseph’s Manor, and other local venues.
Zalipsky is also a member of the Theatre School at Walnut Street Theatre, along with all 25 of her orphan cast-mates.
