Alleged Criminal Sought by Lower Providence Police
Leonard Earl Lyles is wanted on charges of passing bad checks.
The Lower Providence Police are still looking for 33-year-old Leonard Earl Lyles. Lyles, whose last known address was in Norristown according to court documents, is charged with passing bad checks in December 2010.Â
