Bruster's Real Ice Cream Offers Cones to ARA Players

Those in uniform this weekend will get a free treat.

Let's face it. When it comes to youth sports, sometimes the best part is the ice cream treat you get at the end. Audubon Recreational Association (ARA) players and their families ought to be thankful then because in addition to the after-game, parent-provided goodies, kids can also get a little something free for all of their athletic efforts.

Baseball and softball players, donning ARA uniforms, will get a free snack on Saturday from one local business, which also sponsors some of the kids' fun on the field.

ARA local sponsor, Bruster's Real Ice Cream, is offering a free single ice cream this Saturday May 18 to any ARA player wearing his or her ARA baseball or softball team jersey and is accompanied by an adult.

The store is located just around the corner from the ARA's fields in the Village Shopping Center at 2814 Egypt Road (in the same shopping center where Genuardi's is located).

ARA families were asked via email to consider stopping by this Saturday for a free single ice cream. But, remember: be sure to wear you ARA team jersey!
