LOWER PROVIDENCE, PA — A dog was found over the weekend in Lower Providence, and authorities are trying to help him find his family.
He was wandering around in very cold temperatures on Saturday.
The dark brown dog, who has a darker colored face, was found in the area of 30 North Grange Avenue.
