Fall Prevention Tips for Seniors at LPT's Coffee Talks
Seniors can learn some basic safety tips for staying on their feet at the March 1 meeting.

The Lower Providence Township morning "Coffee Talks" are a great place for seniors to get some useful information health, safety and lifestyle issues facing seniors today.
Join the group on Friday, March 1 for the "Fall Prevention Tips for Seniors" program with Brian Ashton of Phoenix Rehabilitation & Health Services. Seniors over 50 can learn practical safety tips to avoid falls and slips. The program starts at 9:30 a.m. in the Lower Providence Township Building, 100 Parklane Drive in Eagleville. It's free to attend and the coffee and snacks are courtesy of Cafe Excellence in Audubon.
