The Great Philadelphia Comic Con Is This Weekend

OAKS, PA — The Great Philadelphia Comic Con will take place this weekend, bringing stars to the area from across a wide variety of science fiction and fantasy movies and shows.

The event will take place at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks on Friday, April 12 through Sunday, April 14.

Some highlighted guests include Edward James Olmos ("Battlestar Galactica"), Michael Dorn (Worf in "Star Trek: Next Generation"), Jack Gleeson (King Joffrey in "Game of Thrones"), and more.

Celebrities will host talks and panels, and there will also be photo ops.

There will also be kids activities, sections focused on anime, gaming, cosplay, and comics, a Star Trek Trivia Challenge, and more.

The event is open from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, April 12, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, April 13, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, April 14.
