The sale starts at 1 p.m. in Court Room A at the Montgomery County Court House, Swede and Airy streets in Norristown.

Potential buyers must have a minimum total bid available for each property. Winning bidders must pay 10% of the sale price at the auction and the remaining balance within 10 days of the sale. Properties are not available for inspection prior to the sale.
