Movie Tavern At Providence Town Center To Reopen

After months of closure, the Movie Tavern at Providence Town Center is opening up their doors, and kitchen, to guests.

COLLEGEVILLE, PA — Movie Tavern locations around the Philadelphia area, including at the Providence Town Center, will reopen later this month, Marcus Theatres, the owner of the chain, announced Tuesday.

The theatres in Collegeville, Flourtown, Exton, and Trexlertown have set Aug. 28 as their reopening date. The locations have been closed since the coronavirus shutdowns began in March.

The move follows other area and national chains like AMC, which have also decided to open some of their locations this month. In Montgomery County, both the North Wales and Plymouth Meeting AMC locations will reopen.
