'Oz The Great and Powerful' Still Has Local Sunday Showtimes

A movie that is has been much awaited for by those young and old alike has finally gotten to the big screen with an opening Friday. And, while the film has already brought in $23.5 million on its opening day and is estimated to finish the weekend at $74 million, according to deadline.com, there are still some local tickets up for grabs.

For those that have missed the hype, the "Oz The Great and Powerful" movie trailer is above. 

Not surprisingly, the ever popular Movie Tavern location in Collegeville's Providence Town Center, has sold out of many of its showtimes already. A few tickets still remain, according to Movie Tavern staff, for Sunday at 9 a.m. on and at 9:30 p.m. for the two-dimensional version.

Very few remain for the following time-slots in 3-D. Click on the blue showtimes below to find out what tickets are still available for sale.

Those in Lower Providence that aren't up for the full "tavern" experience can still find three local theaters with some showtimes still available for sale.
