The bird is white and grey with distinctive colored plumes on its cheeks and head. The rightful owner should be able to describe the bird accurately to take possession.
If you think the bird may be yours or you may know who the bird belongs to, contact Nikki Stafford at 484 238 4913. Stafford says they may take the bird to a local rescue if the owner is not found in the next few days.
