UPDATE: Missing Upper Merion Girl Found

Upper Merion Police say Aja Wilson was located sometime overnight and is now safe at home.

UPDATE: [3/2/13; 10:30 a.m.] Upper Merion Police have confirmed that 15-year-old Aja Wilson, who went missing on Wednesday, is now safe at home.

A representative for the police department would not comment on specific details of her recovery, but indicated that she was found sometime in the overnight hours leading into Sunday morning.

Upper Merion Police are searching for a 15-year-old Upper Merion girl, Aja Wilson. The teen was last seen on Wednesday, Feb. 27, according to police reports.

Police stated in reports that the teen may have run away, but units are searching for the whereabouts of Wilson. According to reports, Wilson is "described as an African American girl, standing 5-foot-1 and weighing 115 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing a jean jacket, blue hooded sweatshirt, dark blue sweatpants and tan Ugg style boots while carrying a black and white Nike backpack with pink trim."
