Sly Fox's Schuylkill River Relay And 50K Will Run Through Lower Providence
Here's what you need to know about Sly Fox's upcoming Schuylkill River Relay and 50K trail race.

NORRISTOWN, PA -- Registration deadlines are coming up for Sly Fox's Schuylkill River Relay and 50K trail race.
Runners can register to run the full 50K solo, or they can register in teams of three or six. Six-member teams can expect each runner to run around 5 to 6 miles.
If you don't have a team of three or six, one runner can run multiple legs.

The course is a straight out and back along the Schuylkill River Trail, running from Lock 60 through Valley Forge and Norristown before the turnaround at the Conshohocken Brewing Company.
Live music, food trucks, and one free post-race SRT Ale per runner will be available after the race.

Runners will also receive a finisher's baton.

The race is a part of "Spreekend," weekend of trail cleanups, outdoor events, and various celebrations in honor of the Schuylkill River and Schuylkill River Trail.
