Tosco's Got a Brand New Roof

As we reported back in March, Tosco Pizza and Italian Restaurant was getting a new roof and now it looks like the job is nearly done. The restaurant, owned and operated by Caterina and Antonio Parisi, has been open in the same location at 2908 West Ridge Pike since 2004.

According to its website, Tosco carries daily a full menu from "gourmet pizzas to fresh pasta dishes."

"We have daily lunch and dinner specials," said the Parisis. "Tosco's is BYOB so bring your favorite wine or beer to accompany your meal."
