What's Your Vision for This Vacancy?

Lower Providence has plenty of businesses and services in the township, but what are we missing? Since the Blockbuster Video at Ridge Pike and Wayne Avenue in Trooper went bust, we've had a prime piece of retail space sitting vacant.

The property is available for lease from Conshohocken-based Equity Retail Brokers, so it's up for grabs, but I'm wondering what would you like to see there? Farmer's Market? Roller skating rink? New restaurant?
