What's Your Vision for This Vacancy?

The former Genuardi's location in Jeffersonville has found a new life as a farmers market, while other area locations have transformed into new gorcery stores, but the Eagleville location in the Ridge Pike Plaza at Ridge Pike and Eagle Stream Drive sits empty.

There are other vacant spaces there, too (like the former K-Mart on the other side of the shopping center), but growing up in the area gives one a nostalgic sympathy for a Genuardi's. 

So we've got a former supermarket with over 37,000 square feet of space (you can download the sales brochure with more detail in our PDF section.) What would you like to see here? A restaurant? A new market? A skating rink?
