2 New Restaurants Opening This Week In Malvern

Sly Fox and BOMBA Taco + Bar are Malvern's two newest places to get bites and drinks.

MALVERN, PA — There are two new spots in Malvern to get bites and beverages. BOMBA Taco + Bar and Sly Fox are the newest places for food and drink in Malvern.

BOMBA will officially open Friday in The Grove at 30 Liberty Boulevard. Sly Fox will have a soft open on Friday and an official opening Monday, also at The Grove in suite 100.

The public will be able to enjoy freshly brewed beer and lunch and dinner service at Sly Fox.
While menu details and hours are not listed yet, we know guests can dig in on Sly Fox's pizza, made in their famous pizza oven.

According to the Sly Fox website, 15 beers will be available on draft and six will be available in cans.

As for BOMBAS, the new taco spot will offer taco options such as blackened fish, smoked barbecue pork, and chipotle mushroom. Other highlights include craft-your-own guacamole, snacks, rice bowls, and tortas, along with shareable sides for the table including chile-lime cucumbers and yucca fries.

Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options also are plentiful for diners with independent nutritional needs, as well as health conscious options including bibb lettuce wraps and cauliflower rice.

A kid's menu with fresh, healthy options including a Build-Your-Own Taco Kit makes BOMBA a family-friendly destination for diners with children.

BOMBA has more than 100 rums from around the world, which are available to try in flights and tastes, as well as in rum cocktails. A selection of craft beers and house wines rounds out the drink menu.

The 4,000-square-foot restaurant offers seating for 185 guests and semi-private space for meetings and events. An all-season outdoor space with heaters provides the perfect year-round escape to experience BOMBA’s fresh, bold flavors. BOMBA will offer a variety of catering options.

For its grand opening, BOMBA partnered with Bringing Hope Home, a local non-profit whose mission is to provide financial and emotional support to families affected by cancer, to host a fundraising dinner for their supporters. One hundred percent of the proceeds from the fundraiser will go directly to Bringing Hope Home’s effort to aid area families.

BOMBA's hours are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday for lunch and dinner. The bar is open until 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and until midnight Friday and Saturday. Brunch is served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Happy hour takes place weekdays 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

BOMBA Taco + Bar is owned by Paladar Restaurant Group, who also operates the popular Paladar Latin Kitchen in the King of Prussia Town Center.
